      Just what I expected!

      Pros:
      - pen AND highlighter are very convenient
      - writing is smooth and ink works well
      - logo printing was excellent
      - shipping is free!
      - emails were replied to promptly

      Cons:
      - had an instance where customer service wasn't available to pick up the phone; went to online chat but wasn't available either. I just called later.

      Overall, I'm very satisfied about the product and company! I'll be ordering again.
