Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting an order. By submitting an order, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Process

The following summarizes the ordering process:

  1. Complete the online order form.
  2. Complete the payment form.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation.
  4. A paper proof will be presented for your approval.
  5. Delivery: the normal turnaround will be 5-7 business days for in-stock quantities.
  6. Shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time consists of the Production Time in addition to the Shipping Time.

  • Production Time:
    > In stock quantity: 5-7 business days after paper proof and stock approval.
    > China Factory Stock: 4-7 weeks after paper proof and sample approval.
    > Direct Import (large quantity): 10-12 weeks after pre-production sample approval.

    *We are not responsible for any delays if we do not receive your artwork and/or paper proof or sample approval in a timely manner.

  • Shipping Time will depend on the shipping service you choose to use. For more information about shipping, please see our Shipping Policy.

The delivery date is estimated, not guaranteed, for normal production orders.

Note: Please do not click "Submit" twice, since your order will be duplicated. We are not responsible for any incurred fee if this occurs.

Change Policy

Changes to your order must be made in writing. Changes made before the start of production will incur no charge. Changes made after production has started will be billed accordingly: set up charge + finished products.
Changes concerning quantity or ship-to information will be made at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing; your order may be cancelled prior to the paper proof. However, once a paper proof is prepared, there will be an art charge of $25 (5%).

We do not accept cancellations for rush orders.

Return/Refund Policy

All returns must be authorized by BestDealPromo. An RA number (Return Authorization number) will be provided. No credit or replacement products will be issued for items that are unavailable for return to the factory.

It is the customer’s responsibility to approve the items, proofs, and samples, before printing occurs. Since customized promotional products cannot be restocked or resold, there are no refunds or returns for these products.

Other Terms

Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

Occasionally, we may offer special pricing and/or free shipping. However, these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed, no exceptions made.
