What does "1 color and 1 location imprint" mean?

The imprint price listed on each product page inclues a one-location, one-color imprint. This means that the stated price includes only one imprint location (as selected from the "Imprint Location" dropdown list, or according to your own specifications), and one color.

If you would like to have 2-location imprints on one of our products which support 2 locations (for example, the Foldable Tote Bag), please remember to enter "2" in the "No. of Imprint Location" box, as the set up fee will change accordingly.

How do I submit my artwork?

You can upload your artwork file directly when you add a product to the Shopping Cart. Please note that we accept only camera-ready artwork, converted to outlines, in the following filetypes: ai, cds, eps, and pdf.

What is your return and refund policy?

All refunds must be authorized by BestDealPromo, in which case you will receive a Return Authorization Number. Please note that imprinted products are non-refundable. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.

What is a PMS color?

PMS (Pantone Matching System) is a standardized color reproduction system used for printing. You may choose your own PMS color and we will do our best to match it, or you may use our standard colors used in the imprint images for our products on BestDealPromo.com. Please note that these are for display purposes only and may not exactly represent the exact color.

Can I choose multiple imprint colors?

Some products may support multiple color choices and imprint locations. For more information, contact us with the specific item and colors. Please note that extra charges may apply.

Can I fully customize my imprint?

For a quote on custom imprint orders please contact us with your specific requests.

Please note that due to physical size limitations of the products, it will not be possible to have an imprint larger than the "Imprint Size" listed for each product.

How do I use a coupon code or gift certificate?

You may apply a coupon code in one of two ways:

1. Enter the coupon code at the View Cart page. On the righthand side of the page, there is a box for "Coupon Code" and "Redeem Gift Certificate". Enter the code and click "Go", and the discount will be applied to your order prior to checkout.
2. You can apply the coupon during the checkout process in Step 5: Order Confirmation. Right beside "How Would You Like to Pay?" is "Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon" - enter your code here and click "Apply" to apply the discount or gift certificate.

How may I pay for my order?

How long is the production and shipping time?

Estimated delivery times (which include production AND shipping times) are indicated in the price tables for each product.

For 50-1000 pieces, delivery time is about 5-7 business days for imprinted items. Delivery time may be less for blank products.

For orders of 1001-2500 pieces of an item, delivery time is about 4-7 weeks, and for more than 2500 pieces, delivery time is 10-12 weeks.

What is the paper proof?

Before proceeding with the production of your custom imprint order, BestDealPromo requires that you approve the paper proof. This proof is for placement purposes and may not necessarily represent the final product.
