Artwork Requirements

Please upload your artwork, along with any additional text or information to be included with your artwork, when ordering a product. See "Sending Your Imprint Instructions" below for additional details.

The following criteria for submitted artwork are required to ensure accuracy and clarity:

• .ai, .pdf, .eps, or .cdf filetypes
• Clean and sharp camera-ready artwork
• Typesetting in black and white
• Text and logo in vector form
• Fonts/strokes converted to outlines
  • In Adobe Illustrator: Select text, Type > Create Outlines

Imprint Colors

The following are our stock PMS colors, which are used for display purposes for all product logo images on this website.

You may also indicate another specific PMS color. We can match your PMS# as closely as possible, without any additional charges; however, please note that an exact match is not guaranteed.

Sending Your Imprint Instructions

We will not be responsible for any missing information on your order form or imprint instructions.

In order to accurately follow your imprint directions, we require that all information relating to your artwork be sent together as one upload.

The following form is included on all product pages. Simply choose your imprint location, color, PMS color and upload your artwork. If desired, add any additional instructions.

Paper Proof Illustration

The paper proof illustration is only for placement and viewing the imprint. It does not necessarily represent the exact final product.

Maximum Imprint Area

Due to the imprint methods, current technology and product limitations, there is a certain maximum imprint area for each product. We will be unable to comply with your imprint size request if it exceeds this maximum imprint area.

Other Information

• The default font and color we use are Arial and black.
• Additional font options are available
• Color choice: stock colors and PMS#
• Color matching: we can match your PMS# as close as possible, without any additional charge. However, an exact match is not guaranteed.

Repeat Orders

Repeat orders may not have exact imprint color and/or imprint location since decoration is manual. We suggest that you send us a sample if you would like an exact match.
